The cam's way more than what I'm looking for but would it be worth it? I've got a cam in mind but I'm still thinking! He doesn't say anything about the crank so I wonder if it's a stock 400. How high RPM's can you spin a stock crank?

Seems like a decent deal but I don't know rpms for the crank. I know they can handle like 600-700 horse though they are pretty thick.

That is pretty damn cheap. You could buy it and resell it for a lot more if you don't want to keep it.
