I know what c-clip eliminators are and what the benefits are, but in all these years I have never installed a set. What is the short version of how they are installed after removing the cover, clips, axles and old bearings?

DZAUTO, Well me neither, But I believe you have to cut off about an 1" or (2"?) of the very end of the axle tubes (outside the square flange that the brake backing plate bolts to).
I suppose if you had a non-posi housing and were building up a rear end it wouldn't be so bad, but I'd hate to hack up a 12 bolt posi "coded" rear end.
Thanks, Len
