Just thought Id show you guys the firewall im making. I got a picture finally. Its thin aluminum. And my block before I put my crank and mains back on.

My little mock up looked really nice, I drilled the holes where I wanted them. Didnt go with any fasteners or anything, standard stainless steel screws, I wanted them visable. I will mount it tomorrow or Monday. I like it so far...

Hey pnut, what hood did you put on your chevelle. Any fitment problems? It looks very nice. I have a 70' chevelle im going to get going on in a while and a hood is definately in the mix.

Its a pin on 4" hardwood, fiberglass. It was kind of time consuming getting it to fit right, alot of it had to be trimmed, especially for the wipers. I think alot of guys dont run wipers and use these hoods for drag only? Maybe, but it came out eventually smile.gif
