Can bucket seat tracks be disassembled (and reassembled) easily?

I removed them from the seat, and noticed they have some light rust... I figured it would be nice to pull them apart and clean/lube everything...


Any suggestions on what lube/grease to use?

I think that GM just used the white lithium based grease on most moving parts.
