I am brand new here. My last chevelle was a 64 SS I had in high school back in 1969. Just picked up a 65 SS in need of motor/trans. The 350 ram jet looks to be a good bet, it has enough power for me and no carb to mess with. Any one put one in a 64/65? Mainly concerned with hood clearance. Any suggestions on an auto trans?
