Has anyone ever seen a 64 or 65 Chevelle Police car or Taxicab?
Anyone have any pictures?
I have a brochure from 64 but it has artwork rather than actual photos.
Is there a page on this website where we can send scans of literature to?

I did see 65's as police cars as a kid. I remember the strange alternators they had in them for the police radios.

I'd love to see one pop up. I'm assuming HD cooling, HD alternator, Tranny cooler? Were they usually 230's and 283's?

There is a book about Chev police cars, by Sinow. It covers 57-95 ?

Anyways....there are a few pictures of Chevelle police cars and specifications. I see the book from time to time on eBay about $15

there are some models and diecast ones on ebay

they must be a rare thing, I have never seen one in person or in any movies.
