Well, the next step for me is to send my block to the machine shop and I'm getting impatient ;) . Before I start assembling anything I wanted to get your comments and opinions on my combo. Here it is:
2-bolt 400 block +.030" w/ main studs
Scat 9000 series external balanced 400 crank
Scat 5.7" cap screw I-beam rods
KB Silvolite 18cc dished hypereutectic pistons
Dart 200cc IE Heads with light porting
2.05/1.60 race flow valves
Lunati 280/288, 247/255, 110 LSA solid camshaft
Air Gap RPM manifold
750 holley vacuum secondary
Oil pan fully baffled w/ windage tray
Oil pump & passages opened up and ported
Fully clearanced, blueprinted, and balanced
.036" quench area
10.25:1 compression
1-5/8" headers w/ 3" collectors
3" dual exhaust w/ x-pipe
Super turbo mufflers
2004R BTO stage 2 tranny
Around 3000 stall
3.73 rear gears
29" tires
Powerful ignition system and cooling system
This will mainly be driven on the street and I'm hoping to take it to a track a few times.
Can someone run this through engine analyzer for me?
Oh yeah, this will be going in a 68 chevelle malibu with some fiberglass and bucket seats in the future.
Thanks,
Casey
