with the limited information given based off other motors i have built and ran down the 1/4 mile. this combo would make about 250-275 hp to the ground. it would be strong enough to push a 3600 lbs car with proper gears to about a 13.80 e.t.
carb is small your giving up hp there
intake is weak your giving some up there
and the heads if just a stock rebuild they are hurting you the worst.

ok, what if i put a 2inch spacer on the intake, with a 800cfm carb. And then aftermarket edelbrock or dart HP heads. Then what would you say?
the sky is the limit when it comes to swapping parts. as far as the first prediction, i tend to agree with ddeennis.
i think an 800cfm carb might be too big, i think you could pick up power by simply going to a 750 holley over any Edelbrock carb. an rpm intake would help, and then some 200cc heads. you didn't mention whether you have headers or not, but i assume you do, right?
with 10 to 1 comp, 3.73 gears, and a 3000 stall, to go along with the 200cc heads and an rpm intake, should get some mid 12's or better, depending on how much the car weighs.
