The thread on this car was closed. But there was an issue on one photo I had. It showed the long tail pipes on a 66 chevelle with a build date early June (I think). The AIM seems to indicate that was discontinued in mid year. So would you think this could be possible or were they using up inventory, or could they have been replacement parts?
On another issue in the post someone seemed to indicated that you could ONLY get a m-20 with the L78 and referred to page M20 A1. I read the page and it seemed that there was a specific m20 # that whent with the L78; but you could also get a m21 or m22. Am I reading that page right?
And also, was the only carb you could get on a L78 a Holley? And were all pads with a holley stamped with a H, like EDH if that car was going to get a holley intake and carb? Thanks.
