My heater blower quit working its only 3 years old. I thought it could be something else instead. I seen in Year One that their is a Blower Moter Relay Assembly. Where is that at I cant find one. Would this cause the blower to not work? I found the Blower Motor Resistor Assembly. Are these supposed to get hot when the heat is on. Mine does. If I have to replace the blower is their anyway to do it without removing fender? Any suggestions are greatly Appreciated. jemoore:noway:

:yes:you can remove the bolts from the rear of the fenderwell and it can be sagged or flexed downward to access the blower to remove.
hook a 12volt wire to the blower motor and see if it runs before pulling.
could be a wiring/resistor problem.......

What vehicle?
The relay on the plenum will only effect the high speed.

Like Vince said, check the power going to the motor and check the ground wire that is attached to the blower housing.

Well then, IF it had a good ground, sounds like a bad motor. :(

Where is the ground for it at? Around the motor behind the fender? Thanks for all the help! jemoore

Should be a small terminal for a "push on" 1/4" wire terminal on one of the housing screws that hold the assembly in.
