I am installing a super T-10 in my 72 nova in 2 weeks and was wondering what clutch would be a good choice. It has a nice 355 in it now(380hp) but I'm in the proccess of building a 10:1 speed-o-motive 420 sb with about 450 hp. What clutch should I get that will act nice on the street since it is my daily driver, but will have enough pressure to hold tight. I'm running through a 10 bolt posi with 3.42 gears now, but might change to 3.73's.
Thanks
Dave R.

I think you'll see a lot of support for the Centerforce Dual Friction.

I like mine. Have it behind a 454. Light pedal and it's held so far for the mild abuse I've put it through. The real testing comes next season when I get to the track with the slicks.

I run the Hays Street/Strip 3-finger Borg/Beck design. It has taken years of abuse at the track with slicks. A bit cheaper than the CF dual I think also.

Big fan of the CenterForce Dual friction. My car makes 625 rwhp through the exhaust and the Centerforce has never slipped, and I abuse it a lot.

I run a Centerforce behind my big block and have had no problems with it and it has lasted for years. I think it is a great cluch for a street car.
