I picked up a 750 3310 , I had a 850 dp that was alittle to much for my set up, with the 850 i got it to idle at 900 rpm 10"hg and and it would idle
ok it was eating gas and it ran rich when i got on hard ,well i bolted on the 750 and now it dose not want to idle it will keep running if ride the gas a tiny bit, when it hit it hard there is no back fire and it seems to want to keep running but ,as it sits ,the idle comes down and it dies if i can get it to ldel it will run at 500rpms with 5"hg
then die, i have turned out the idle screw to help it and it dosen't seen to help ,but if i turn then in the will die,

Sounds like a vacuum leak.
Check the carb base with a straight edge.
Could also be a lot of other things, check the basics..again

Also make sure the throttle blades are adjusted just like you had to do on the 850dp,transfer slot looking square when your done,then adjust primary and secondary same amount for idle.
