Why not just get another p/s pulley?

You didn't mention what year car you have. I changed over from power to manual on a 66 Supersport because of clearance problems. (installed a 409)

All I needed were the manual box and pitman arm.

Parts stores and catalogs do not carry new manual boxes or pitman arms. I searched everywhere and had to go with used.

I did the same on my 68. The company that makes the boxes is "Flaming River" Look in the advertisers index of any of the car mags that you read and they should be there. They will send you everything that you will need for the conversion.

ps: My was all bolt on!
