Time to decide on a cam......
540" 8.5:1 with F3R Procharger.... Any ideas would be great, because I'm lost here.

Shannon, I'm not sure how you can get to a 540 with an F3R and be lost....
What are your current power goals and planned useage of the car - usual stuff like drag only, king of the street, etc.
If you have no plans on spinning the engine past ~ 6,000 rpm you can probably get everything you need out of a regular hydraulic flat tappet (I just have a baseline blower hyd FT in my SC 468, .547 lift 232/237 duration 114 center installed at 112). With 540 cubes you can easily go several steps larger and still have a nicely mannered engine. If you go roller, with the F3R you can easily go upper .6xx's lift and ~ 250/260 duation and still have a happy street engine. What heads do you have and how well do they flow? If a street car then your total exhaust system will need some thought, especially as you go bigger on the camshaft.

Thanks Thomas.... The heads are Pro 1 345's (untouched) The car will see very limited street time so the cam can be pretty risky. I want to go with a solid roller setup. I plan to shift in the 6500 range so I can get some rpms out of my blower. With my current pulleys it will only be turning 44k @ 7000 rpms.

How about this one:
Comp Cams solid roller 11-694-8
adv duration 300/308
duration at .050" 255/262
.652/.652" lift
114 lobe sep
3500-7000 rpm
Doug Herbert also makes very inexpensive, billet, solid roller cams for around 209.00 Give them a call at 1-800-444-7373 and ask them for a recommendation. They grind their own cams. They go from .569"-.712" lift so there are very many to choose from. Good luck!
