I've run a Moroso waterpump drive on the street, not very good in traffic, fine on the highway, nice to be able to cool it down while sitting in a parking lot. Will definately run the battery down if you forget about it being on.

Using a CSI with great results.

Mezierre 55gal unit. Limited street duty with no problems. I'd reconsider if this is a daily driver.

69bu - We ran a Moroso electric pump on the street for about 6 years. Since it runs the same speed regardless of how fast the motor is running, it would actually cool down sitting at a light in hot weather. But, it got a little warm running down the expressway at 4500 rpm. smile.gif

I've run one on my late model car for three years now with no issues thus far. For a daily driver, I'd reconsider.

I have used a Meziere 35 gpm unit on my 540 street driven (not a daily driver) Chevelle in the Texas heat for 11,000 miles now without a problem. The rest of my cooling system is oversized and the Spal fans manage the airflow very well. It's the whole package that makes it work.
