I may be buying a clean 1970 malibu bench seat, 4spd, convertible. It has a 350/300hp NOM motor with the original muncie and 12 bolt rear. No rust no dents, never been in any major fender benders. The original motor must be rebuilt, but everything else on the car works. What would you think it would be worth? The seller wants 16.5K.

Based on the description without photos, it doesn't sound out of line.

Greg, what would you think that a real nice 67 malibu convertible would bring? Mine is totally straight and rust free. Not that I would sell it, but curious as to its true market value. I've been told by some folks that the 67 & 70's convertibles bring some good money
