ok im kinda lost on something, i have a 1964 chevelle and well im looking at the tail lights and i have the clear ones with the red in the middle, my ? is did they come like this or is this person just selling fake tail lights

The red lens is the brake lights. The clear is the backup lights. You should have 1 of both on each side. The red on top and the clear on bottom.

The seller put the front turnsignal amber lens into the housing for either the rear brake lights or the reverse lights and is now auctioning it off. I wouldn't buy that even if I was completely desperate for the lenses or the housings, as they both look like crap! 64elkynss

In Pictures, it's pretty common for red color to come out looking more orange and even many times yellow actually.
