Just pushed the button to list it on ebay. I won't include a link, so this doesn't become a "for sale" post. Just a sad day. It's been 5 years and one month since I got it... :(

Happens to the best of us. I had mine 10 years and had to let her go. Something else will come along in the future. Keep your head up.

Here too. Time to stop fooling around and get some bills paid. Lots of time and lots of Chevelles still around.

Yes, a sad time for sure. In the past 12 years, I have owned eight Chevelles/El Caminos. I always thought when selling that it was the right time for the right reason. Absolutely 100% sure. Now, looking back there were two that I really should have kept. The reason: I'm striving harder than ever before to have a Chevelle of the same caliber that I once had.
I sold them for them all for top dollar....at the time.

If I would have kept just one of those, it would be a much better car than what I began with. By now, I would have a killer stroked street sweeper or a concours restored Chevelle in my garage as I type this. Financially, it really wouldn't have mattered in the big picture and in the long run.

I'm not trying to talk you out of selling by any means. Just my $.02 There is a season for everything. I'm just saying, that most of us here are 110% addicted and we will return to our weakness. We will justify it by any reasoning nescessary. In the long run, sometimes it's better to stick out the temptation for cold hard cash.

why ?

reasons I'd rather not get into. Got nothing to do with the car, and nothing to do with money. Life, basically...
