Does anyone know if there is enough room to fit ladder bars in WITH a sway bar. The sway bar(hotckis) extends about a half inch maybe an inch behind the axle tubes. Would this be enough clearance for the ladder bars to be bolted to the bottom of the axle tubes.

No reason to run both... Ladder bars effectively turn your whole axle housing into one really big sway-bar.

I strongly discourage the use of ladder-bars on the street.

ladder bars: = too stiff.
