babbling gearhead

Well I was putting my PST suspension kit together. By the way, the instructions leave alot to be desired. I got most of my information from the wonderful folks on this sight. After I put all the bushings in their right places thats when I realized I should have used some lube. I did not take my inserts out of my shells and lube them. Instead I pressed the shells with the inserts installed in their rightful places. No lube. I tried to remove my bushings from my upper control arms so I could lube them. Big mistake. All I accomplished was bending my shell into my bushing. This may sound silly but will that hurt anything. I know I can get some lubricant down into the shells. It will be messy. Should I replace this shell and bushing. Worse case scenerio I was thinking I might have to replace the shell. I have a stock shell that has never been used. If I use this stock shell will it really make any kind of difference. The bushings are the Ployurethane graphite impregnated type. Has anyone else used their kit and if so would you please show pictures. I have questions as to the metal shell that comes with the ball joints. I have called PST and received no help. I have left a message and still waiting on an email back. IM sure they are busy.Links or pics of your set up using their kit would really be appreciated. Thanks. By the way my vehicle is a 68 elcamino.
