I pulled this out of my nova to put some racing seats in.

I was originally gonna throw it in the trash but now Im thinking maybe I want to refresh it and put it in my truck, depending on how much that will cost,

so can you tell me what something in this condition will cost to refoam and recover? thanks

if I can do it for $150 or less then I'll probably keep it, if not then its back to plan A

Probably going to cost right at $150 for the new cover alone and another $100+ if you end up needing new foam. Maybe you could find a used set on ebay...but if $150 is your limit, it looks like you're back to Plan A. However, before you throw the seat away, you might try listing it on your closest Craig's List since someone near you might just need it.
