Can anyone point me in any direction as to where I can get a set of SSM lift bars? Also can anyone recommend a nice set of non adjustable boxed uppers? Do the SSM bars replace the entire lower control arm?

I think SSM has gone out of business,Jegs markets a similar "liftbar" yes,they replace the entire lower control arm. BMR seems to make fairly reasonably priced boxed or tubed uppers.

Not sure where you can buy them at now. I bought mine from Summit. They do replace your lower control arms completely. Box your own uppers in, I did mine. It wasn't that hard. Good luck on finding a set.
