Shocks and springs worn out on 64 SS Convertible, 283, PG, PS, no air.

While I have the engine out and redo the front steering/suspension: --

What have folks found to be a good spring and shock combo (front and rear) for a driver. Likely going with 225/60R15's or something close if it will fit, so afraid to lower.

Seen "replacements" in Ausley's and NPD, anyone have any experience with those?

I'm running a 2" drop spring in the rear and a 2" dropped spindle in the front on my 64 with no problem. The tires are 225/50x16 on rally wheels. I'm rumnning monroe sensitracs all the way around with 4 wheel discs. Look at Classic Performance Products.
