: Revalved Bilsteins?

Finally made a decision to go with new springs and shocks. I am looking at 650# front springs and 175# in the back with a 1" front bar and no rear bar. Sound OK to everyone? This is a 4300lb 4door after all.
Well, called Hotchkis about their revalving shocks but they say they only sell their revalved shocks that match their springs. Sooo...
Will their regular revalved shocks handle my spring rates?
If not, where can I get revalved shocks to match my springs?
Oh, I already have tall ball joints and adjustable upper "a" arms up front (thanks Mark).
Any input is appreciated,
Thanks

call bilistien and give them all the weights and tell them what you are doing with the car

I am trying to not get the directly from Bilstein. They list them for $121 from their site and then another $65 to revalve them. $186 plus shipping is beyond my budget. That is why I was wondering if the Hotchkins would work for me in the 650/175 spring range. Somewhere I think it was discussed that shocks had about a 20% range and anywhere beyond that and they were out of their envelope.
