hi all i am running a 350 with a 3 core rad was wondering what size fan to run and how to wire it to a relay :thumbsup:

This is basic relay wiring, using a bosch style relay. Connect #30 to the horn relay buss bar. there are other options, depending on how you want to control the fan, automatically, manually or a combo of the two.

Yes, connect terminal #30 to horn relay buss bar.

I run a single Spal fan that pushes 2800 cfm at 0 back pressure. It draws about 22.5A at 13.8V. This is a minimum amount of air flow for a High Performance 350.
Yes. I also have air conditioning. I would suggest a dual fan set up like flex-a-lite sells with a speed controller to min the noise. Spal has a better speed control than Flex-a-lite.

hi all thank you for all the help pretty much have all parts to install electric fan was wondering which is the best heat sensor one that goes into water jacket or by the rad also i run a 180 thermostat what is the best on/off temp innever have aproblem with the car running hot itried to research old threads for info but no luck also before i forget can i wire the temp switch to the relay to make the fan come on instead of using toggle swich and have fan run auto come on/off on its own thanks
