Yes sir, I still do. If I'm lucky, I'm hoping they will keep me 'til retirement. (in about 18 years) ;) :D

cool. my dad retired from there a few years ago. i think you used to work with him or in the same building. his name is Jerry Smith. he got a set of 4.10 gears from you, for me, several years ago. i have the Mulsanne blue 71 Chevelle with a white top.
dad used to have a Butternut Yellow 68 RS/SS 396 Camaro. he traded it off for a Vette Convertible a couple years ago, really pee'd me off when he did that. i wish i could've gotten it from him. oh well, talk to you later.

I used to work for Eli Lilly until about 10 years ago in the computer area in Scarborough, Ontario. It was a good company to work for as I remember. There is only 1 out the 14 left in our old department; everything runs out of Indy now.

BJ, I remember your Dad. Jerry's a good guy. What's he up to now? Is he enjoying retirement? How did you know to ask if I was the same person that worked with your dad?

I also got a Super T-10 off him. (traded him a M-21 that needed to be rebuilt)

I remeber him talking about your car. It was a big block, right? If I remember you had it running pretty good. ;)

What year Vette did he get? I'm sorry to hear that he got rid of his Camaro, that was a beautiful car graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Darren, i figured how many guys in Indy named Darren have a 71 454 4 speed Chevelle? dad is really enjoying his retirement. he's building a new house in Brown County. doing it all himself. never seen anything the man couldn't do. wish i had just half as much talent as he does.
i did have a std 454 in my car for awhile. broke the rearend twice. got divorced and had to sell the motor to catch up the bills my ex stuck me with, bless her heart.
built a 355 with some spare parts i had, ran it for 2 years, now i've got a 406 in it that i just got running a few weeks ago. hoping to get it to run some mid 7's 1/8mi next spring. take care.
