Hi, I am converting to an SS style dash in my 70, non A/C. I bought a 71 dash with harness included, also non A/C. On the back of the temp gauge there are two posts (top and bottom) that do not have anything connected. There is one post on the back of the gas gauge without anything connected. Is there anything that connects to these posts? The other 2 posts on the gauges connect to the printed circuit. Also, there are two brown wires that come out of the main harness that connect into one female plastic plug. Where does this go? Thanks.

The temp gauge should have a resistor from the top post to the bottom post, under the circuit card, but no additional connections. There is no connection to the bottom post of the fuel gauge.

That is the power supply connection to the A/C harness. It's not used on non A/C cars.
