I'm getting ready to spray some epoxy primer on my chevelle and then onto the body work. When I align the door gaps.....having removed all the wheather stripping, how do I account for the weather stripping to make sure the doors are flush with the body? Or does it compress enough to where I should only worry about aligning the door and leave it at that? Thanks

Yes, if the doors are aligned to where they should be, and everything fits, the seals will crush and there will be no problems. My recommendation here is Metro SuperSoft seals. I've used both brands and Metro is superior.
