when running task manager services.exe is running cpu at 100%. I tried running spybot and virus program but doesn't show up as a threat. My computer is bogged down,programs freeze and shut down. running win2k. Help

Thanks. I found the problem late last night. spybot resident was running in the back ground. shut it down, restarted the computer and everything is fine now.
