The other day my module in my car went out.Car was running fine before the module went out.I went to get a new ACCEl module adn discovered I had the wrong one. I have an ACCEL Brute Force Coil but had a module that was for the ACCEL Supercoil. I bought the correct module for the ACCEL Brute Coil. I installed the new module and started the car but now it seems to sputter in the lower rpm range.I know before I changed the module I was giving it a lot of gas trying to start the car.Do you think I may have fouled some plugs?????

I had similar problem with my Accel Billet distributor in my Camaro. It would run great above 1000 RPM, but as soon as I dropped below that it would suddenly die. It turned out to be the gap between the reluctor and the pickup. If you have a 71000 series distributor, read this: Instructions (http://go.mrgasket.com/pdf/71000.pdf). If its not the same model, I bet the gap still might be your problem. Let us know.
