I only see it as a 1913- 1933 decal???

The seller has it listed for :1967-68-69-70-71-72-73-74 Oldsmobile, 442, W-30, cutlass, W-31 rallye 350, hurst olds ,88, 98 chevrolet,camaro chevelle, nova Pontiac, GTO, JUDGE, tempest, LeMans ,T-37, Buick, GS, GSX ,Skylark .

I thought Oldsmobile (like pictured in the e-bay ad) CD ignition cars had red coils???

That's a transistor ignition decal. Delco also had an over the counter transistor ignition kit where the points were just a trigger for the electronics. I still have one of these kits in the original box. Worked fine and started the 427 at -32F. The coil had a similar decal. I guess repro decals aren't that difficult to make if you have an original.
