if anybody knows the 502 gen 6 block where would be the best spot for the water temp sensor and oil pressure sensor i see 2 plugs on the bottom of the block in the front next to the oil pan could these plugs be 1 for water and 1 for oil i'm not sure so i want an answer from somebody that knows this engine your advice is appreciated thank you i'm just a novice

I used the plug just above and ahead of the oil filter for my oil pressure sending unit, and water temp is in the intake manifold, but you can use either plug in the heads, located between #3 and #5 -- or #4 and #6.

There's also a port for the oil sender on the bellhousing flange on the back of the back (kinda behind the distributor).
