Hello,
I have a few questions that i can't figure out and hoping to get some advice.

First is my blinkers everything works on the Pass. side dash, front and back blink and light normal, but the driver side the back works fine but no dash light and the front does not work but the back blinks normal, and you can here it click.

Second I bench tested my wiper motor and it worked fine after I mounted it nothing happens I ran a ground to the body to make sure it is grounded but nothing If It is the switch is there an easy way to determine what it might be without taking my dash back out. I just restored it and hope I don't have to do this.

Third When I turn the key to on the oil and temp light does not come on, but If I put my headlights on my oil light lights up. Any help.

Sorry so many problems at once.

Thanks Scott:confused:

Scott, what year are we talking about ?
Sounds like a ground issue to the back of the dash to start with, (which would also explain the warning lights) and possibly a dash bulb or two blown ?
Possibly a bad ground for the front indicator or simply a bad bulb there ?
Wiper switches typically switch ground, so you should have +12v to the motor with IGN on and then you need to use a test light with the clamp on the positive side of the battery to test for negative on the plug when you turn the switch on
Hope that helps

There is a wiper relay on the firewall, does it have power? As for blinker like Dave said sounds like a ground problem. There are several pigtail grounds connected to the rad support for the front lights, check those out.

Thanks,
I have all new bulbs in the dash the driver side blinker use to come on and just stay lit when hit the lever but now nothing happens. I have checked all the grounds and seem good. I know the bulb is good because when I ground it ,it does light up. I went thru all the grounds and made sure they are tight and on bare metal with star washers. The wipers has power when I tested it before I installed it it worked fine, so I ran a ground from battery to the wiper body thinking it was a ground but still nothing.

Thanks Scott Sorry 69 Chevelle
