How do you find what each position of the dash curcuit board wire feeds? I have a Painless wire harness #20102 and the wires have to be transfered to the old plug. All the wires are labeled on the new harness, but the scematics I have show where each wire from curcuit board go to on the bulk head, but they do not tell you which position the bulk head is for. Does anyone know where I can find this info, or do you have any advice. Thanks, Jeff

If you are rewiring a 72 be aware, the bulkhead pinout shown is not correct for. However the 12 pin dash connector is correct for all three years-with gauge option only. If you have a light dash post back for the correct pinout.

What is a "bulkhead pinout", and a "light dash post back"?

Also, thanks for the link, but the under the hood stuff, all the plugs are there. Its only the circuit board connector, so it would be this diagram if you have it, but from the view of under the dash.

I just understood your reply, sorry, yes, I do have the light dash, not the gauges.

Sorry for being vague. When you visit the link the top diagram (pinout) is of the bulkhead, it is correct for 70 and 71 it's not correct for 72. The lower diagram (pinout) is of the dash connector, it is correct for all three years for the gauge dash only. If you don't have the gauge dash you have the light dash. If you have the light dash, post back or reply back stating you have the light dash. I can provide the correct sash connector diagram (pinout) for the light dash.
