I'll be installing a AFR'd 540 into an ex smallblock 70' Chevelle. I've heard the valve cover to brake booster clearance, .. can be an issue. I assume a smaller or different style booster is needed. What do I have to chose from?

Also, I read somewhere that, .. a big block's powersteering pump hose connections, are positioned slightly different, than those on a small block pump. ... and cannot be use for a bb application. True or false? Appreciate the help. Thanks!

I got my small diameter booster from MP Power brakes and also an electric vac. pump for the brakes.
