I need 4 or 5 dash light sockets for my 65 Chevelle.....anybody have any idea where I can find these??

I got some for my '69 at the chain stores "HELP" product display. Not sure if they're the same as a '65 but they have different ones available. They're the red bubble packs on display.

Yes, you can get them from any of your auto parts "help" section, but they seem to not like to stay in. I just went to the junk yard and pulled some out of some older cars. The newer ones are plastic base with the spring clips not so springy, but that was my experience. Make sure you try them before you do any soldering or crimping or stripping that way you can take them back. Wiggle them a little bit and pull on them slightly if they pop out easily you may find yourself with some dark spots in your dash or your feet being illuminated at night. How many do you need, I may have some extras I will look this evening. I'd be willing to mail them to you free of charge if I can find them and I have enough.
