Picked up new front and rear bumpers yesterday.Got a couple questions.What would be a good cleaner to use to get off all the oil they come treated with that won't hurt the finish? Also I was thinking of sanding the inside surface with coarse grit 3m sponge sander and then paint with POR15 or maybe some black frame paint.I was thinking this might be a good idea since the inside surface looks kind of unfinished and I don't won't corrosion to set it.

A good waxing on the front of the bumpers will clean them. POR makes a silver color that would look good and protect the backside. To clean the backside some lacquer paint thinner will work.
