Will changing tire diameter or rear gear ratio change the results on a Chassis Dyno ?
ie: 28" vs 32" tire
3.08's vs 5.14's

in theory it shouldn't. But i am assuming that they factor your final drive ratio out of the equation. If they don't do that, your torque would be different, but not the hp.

Yes the dyno will factor it out; just like it factors out your rear gear ratio.

A larger heavier tire will generally cost more power.
