I was wondering what color stripes other than white would look good on a dark green 71??? anyone have pics with any color on a 71?? thanx

I wouldn't do that with your car my friend. That would be Fugly IMO Tony. White's about your only option. You could probably get away with black, although you'd have a hard time seeing em.

I once thought about how it would look to "ghost" the stripes. I think it can be done with the same base color of your car with some pearl or metalic flakes. You'd have to ask a painter. I only thought it would look cool because i've seen flames done that way once at a car show and as i walked by the car the flames appeared and dissapeared. It was wild.

I'm kinda weird but 99.9% of the time I hate stripes that aren't white or black. They just look weird.

If the color is right others can be pulled off...but IMO white or black are still better.

On a dark green car, white or none IMO.

There used to be a 71 around town that was dark green with mint green stripes, looked AWESOME! I like the lime green or gold ideas too.
