I have a saddle interior and someone has spray painted the dash carrier and pad black. I have tried regular and extra strength easy off and it has not done anything to the paint. I tried using thinner(in the glove box) and it took the paint off and faded the plastic. what can I use???

You could try either DOT3 brake fluid, or Castrol Super Clean. That's what model builders usually use to strip paint on plastic models, and they usually won't hurt plastic (i.e.: Try it on a scrap piece or in a place that won't show). It can take a while for it to react with the paint, but it will usually do the trick.
