Honest Opinions Please..
I have an engine ready to be built at a machine shop. I am curious as too what is may be worth because I am falling on hard times and it may need to go.
These are the specs...
1973 454 2-Bolt Block.. Bored to 4.310 with a 4.250 stroke, 6.385" rods making 496ci.
Scat Rotating Assembly with SRP Forged 18++ cc Domed Pistons, internally balanced by Wolfplace. Roughly 10.0-10.4 CR.
Lunati Voodoo 60205 Cam, with matching Springs, retainers, and lifters. Here are the cam specs: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=LUN-60205&N=400421+314473+115&autoview=sku
049 Heads, Mild Port, Bowl blend, larger valves, something like 2.09/1.88 I may be off on that though.
Performer RPM Intake.
Proform Roller Rockers.. 1.7 , I believe these are the ones: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=PRO%2D66913&autoview=sku
Moroso 6QT Oil Pan: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=MOR%2D20403&N=700+4294908216+4294840133+115&autoview=sku
Engine wil not have dampner, distributor, or valve covers.
After build is complete, what do you think it may be worth, or better yet.. what do you think is a good retail price.
Thank You,
Big D
