I just checked on the DMV website for NJ and i can't find this information. Basically i am trying to find out if i can get insurance under a relative's name and register the car under my name in NJ. anybody know if this is possible?

All my cars are in my father's name. The named insurer has to be on the title as well. So in essence, no you can't do that in NJ, been there done that.
