My 4160 600 cfm metering block is stuck. I've tried multiple screwdrivers 2 sets of hands, I'm using it for practice so its already scratched and stuff. I tried soaking it in gasoline for a week, and I just went and tried it again and it's still just stuck on there. How do I get this thing off?

Did you try soaking it? Don't get crazy prying and hammering it. That's a good way to break the locating nubs off the block.

I rebuilt one a while back and had the same problem.
I would soak it in laquer thinnner for a few days, if that doesn't work, soak it in some Kroil.
That's what I did with mine, but I still needed to use the BFH!
