Just curious as to what everyone was running for plugs and how do you decide what plug is right for you.

Right now I'm running a AC Delco R44XLS. I have "206" Oval port closed chambered heads, 11:1 compression, MSD 6AL, blaster 2 coil, and an HEI. I run VP 110 at the track for fuel.

A couple guys I race with told me to go with NGK plugs. Are these any good? Does anybody have any recommendations of other plugs, or experience with the NGK's. Thanks a lot

I like Autolight's......They seem to last longer for me.....

Is there a certain number I should try that will fit in my heads? How do you choose the heat range and everything?
