406" small block

Stock 400 76cc heads, 2.02/ 1.60 SS valves unshrouded mild port work
Edelbrock perf RPM intake
Q J carb
1 5/8 Hooker headerer into 2 1/2" duals
4 speed trans but unidentified as of yet so no ratio's avalable
3.31 rear gears
Dont know weight of the car but I think safe to assume about 3800 lb w driver

Need cam suggestions and want to use hydraulic flat tappet as I dont beleive Father want to mess with lashing.

My pick was as follows: ADV duration 282/292; 224/234@ .050"; .465/.488;
114 LSA

I am far from expert and definately would appretiate recomendations

I would go one step further with the 60104, due to having more cubes with the 406.

Gross Valve Lift IN/EX: .504"/.525"

I like the Comp 280HR - 224°/224° .525" lift
Good idle and tremendous torque, great for a heavy car.
