I'm ready to go back with my front susp and need some color info for coil springs, sway bar and hardware, steering box, pitman arm, tie rods, tie rod sleeves, idler arm, center link, drum brake spindles and steering arms. Are the Bills out there? Thanks!

I used Details Cast paint on the sway bar, centerlink, tie rod ends. pitman arm, idler arm. My tie rod sleeves were in pretty good shape, I hit them with the wire wheel and then shot them with satin clear. I did my sway bar brackets with eastwood chassis black, however that is incorrect, I plan to give them a similar treatment as the tie rod sleeves, bare metal with satin clear.

I havent done all the parts you listed on my car yet but would use details cast on the coil springs and steering column. The details cast i am talking about is cast iron in color. I think napa has a nice cast paint also but the # escapes me.

I also didnt sand my forged front end parts, I just blasted them and painted them it helps preserve the granular forged look.
