That pump will need special adapters for the fuel inlet and outlet so get those at the same time.

Your requirement for a fuel pump is not particularly high so don't waste your money thinking you will get any great power improvement. You could simply go to a parts store and ask for a pump for a 425h.p. 427 and walk away for a reasonable price.

that fuel pump at Summit is way overkill for your setup and those fittings on it will be a PITA to work with. See Dan's reply above.

i had a street pump Carter pump on my Nova- the kind where you can rotate the bottom half- and it worked pretty damn sweet for the $20 i paid the guy for it. he had it on a tubbed 9 second small block Vega, so i knew it could handle my vortec 355..
it had 3/8" npt pipe fitting on the inlet and outlet, so i just grabbed a couple of the big vacuum fittings from the backs of a couple of junk qjet carbs, screwed them in, and used my stock 3/8" hardline from the pump to the carb, and a 1" chunk of a power brake line i had laying around to hook the hose from the tank to. if you didn't know what you were looking at, it looked stock.
that fuel pump alone was worth 1/2 second in the 1/8 mile, since with the crappy $15 parts store pump it would fall flat on it's face at the top of second gear when the carb ran out of gas.

This one would've worked fine.

Get the carter super street mech pump CRT-M6901 for $87.95 from summit.

It works wellf or stock to fairly hot BBC,i had ith9is sa,me pump on a mild perf bbc that tunred approx 5,800rpm rpm with approx 425hp/450lbs trq and it never had any fuel delivery issues with that pump.

It has 6.6 psi max and there is no need for the higher 7.5-8 psi carter pump mentioned in the top of this post for your setup that costs almost 2x what this pump costs.

You could also run a lrg high flow inline fuel filter and remove the smaller somewhat restrictive in carb filters for better fuel flow/delivery too which is what i did when i was running this pump.

While your at it replace the heavy solid f/pump rod with a light weight hollow rod to ensure you have no pump arm flaot at higher rpm. It's cheap and good insurance later on if you have any fuel delivery issues which will remove at least one item that could be in qusetion which is the heavy stock pump rod possibly flaoting at higher rpms. I have had pump arms float under 6k rpm causing fuel starvation even though the mfg's of the lighter pump rods state they are not needed below 6k rpm so keep that on mind.
