Hi there my name is Dave and I have a 1971 chevelle with a 350 small block. My question for you is that i'm trying to find new springs for the front end that are higher than stock, i'm probably looking for a specialty spring shop but here's the situation, when I bought my 71 chevelle the previous owner must have put big block springs out of a full size wagon in the front end, I can't even get a wheel alignment because the front end is so high! Now I like the high look but it rides like **** I just need a spring that gives a little bit of play but still keeps the car above stock height. So that's the situation any ideas feel free to share! thanks

Hello and welcome David. I agree with Bill. Write your question in the Suspension section. Many more people look there.

Hi David,
Welcome to TC. The geometry will be a little out of whack because it's not designed to do that. The guys in suspension are really good at that.
