Looking good. Pretty sure I am taking the turbo plunge this summer. Start off small with a Holset HX35 on 305. Where's the carb hat from?
Thanks

Thanks for the kind words. The carb hat is from Extreme Velocity. I added the 1" spacer to the bottom so the hat would clear my float bowls.. Their site is www.superiorairflow.com (http://www.superiorairflow.com)

Looks good.
Do you think the set up would have fit under a 2" cowl hood?
Thinking of doing Turbos on mine in the distant future.

It would have easily fit under a 2". I had it under a stock hood prior to the cowl. I went to 6" for something to grow into;)

Right now there is a 4" downpipe that goes under the motor beside the oil filter into a bullet muffler. then directly after the muffler I used an old kenworth 5" stack (the kind with the 45 at the top) it fit right over the muffler and stays with a band clamp.. (that sends the noise out back) It all clears quite well
