very nice! The paint and attention to detail are excellent. is the cage build from scratch or did it start as a kit?

Shawn was nice enough to let me take pictures of his rack and pinion one day which helped imemsely in the install and I have been following the buildup of Lou's new car every chance I get. The red SS he was running last year was one of my favorite cars of all time!!

Thanks again as I hope to at least be at a few of those races once the car is done.......I don't plan on competing against them, but it will be fun to at least do some racing in my own car!!

The cage was scratch built by Ron Rhodes of Rhodes Custom Autoworks in Odessa, Delaware. He also has done the front and rear suspension, steering, motor plates and parachute mount. He still has details to finish on the cage, the exhaust and wheelie bars to go.

I'm going to keep this car for a long time and I wanted the workmanship to be the best it could be so I took it to him. He has done some work for me in the past and it's always been first rate.

I took some more pics today so I'll post them when I have some time and have a place to post them!!
